Refund policy
At Genesis Edit, we want you to love every purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're happy to offer store credit under the following conditions.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 10 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
- Have all original tags attached.
- Be returned in their original condition.
Store Credit
We do not offer refunds to the original payment method.
Approved returns will receive store credit, valid for 30 days from the date it is issued.
Store credit may be used toward any future purchase at Genesis Edit.
Store credit is non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and expires 30 days after the date it is issued.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Sale or clearance items
- Items marked as Final Sale
